THE CHALLENGE

Gregorys Coffee was ready to expand nationwide, but their operations and infrastructure were based entirely in New York. In order to get new locations off of the ground, management had to be on site for up to 60 days to ensure training, service, and product met Gregorys standards. This would bottleneck expansion efforts and was incredibly resource intensive.

THE SOLUTION

Sidework was deployed in several high-volume locations, and its positive impact was immediate. Gregorys signed on to rollout to 75 locations nationwide. We worked closely with the Gregorys team to develop an online training course to help new and existing baristas quickly learn how to use the dispenser.

RESULTS

  • Expanded their menu through the addition of refreshers and energy drinks.

  • Standardized beverage taste across all existing and new locations.
