THE CHALLENGE
Gregorys Coffee was ready to expand nationwide, but their operations and infrastructure were based entirely in New York. In order to get new locations off of the ground, management had to be on site for up to 60 days to ensure training, service, and product met Gregorys standards. This would bottleneck expansion efforts and was incredibly resource intensive.

Sidework was deployed in several high-volume locations, and its positive impact was immediate. Soon, 75 locations had Sidework dispensers.
